I'm sorry I haven't been able to update the blog in over a week, I have been really busy with a houseful of guests and lots of tough training. I finally get married today after a 15 mile tempo in the morning so I will update more after the weekend is over and things have settled down a bit.

- This is a blog of my everyday grumblings. It mostly about my running life but there are sprinkles of my everyday life in there also. Just a few years ago I couldn't have imagined I would be in the situation I am in now. I'm basically living my dream, training and racing as a professional runner with a wonderful fiance by my side. We just bought a house here in Flagstaff so it looks like we are firmly planting our roots here.
So let me get this right. You went for a 15 mile tempo run on your wedding day? Committed. I remember my Dad once complaining that he couldn't do a training run when my sister got married.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!! I remember my husband, Tony, went for a run then a massage on our wedding morning; but, I remember I was too busy with all the "pizazz" of getting ready for the grand event to even think about going for a run, much less a massage!
